Фондация „Елин Пелин“ ще направи годишната си среща на 19-ти юни, събота от 10:00 до 12:00 часа като ZOOM среща.
Добре дошли са да присъстват всички настоящи и бъдещи членове на фондацията.
Членовете ще получат имейл с номера и паролата на ZOOM срещата.
Гости и бъдещи членове са добре дошли да гледат срещата на Facebook Live.

Изисквания за гласуващите:
• Да присъствате на ZOOM срещата.
• Гласуването във Facebook няма да е анонимно и резултатите ще бъдат преброени и показани в коментарите.
• Членският Ви внос да е платен преди 31ви май 2021 год.
• В случай че нямате възможност да гласувате на тази дата лично, може да гласувате с пълномощно издадено от Вас на друг член на фондацията. Попълнете формата (по-долу) и я изпратете на maraktchiev@elinpelin-houston.org преди срещата да започне.
Изисквания за кандидат-директори:
• Членският Ви внос да е платен преди 1ви януари 2021 год. ИЛИ Кандидатурата Ви да е одобрена от настоящия управителен съвет.
• Списък с имената на 10% (или повече) от настоящите членове на фондацията, които да подкрепят Вашата кандидатура. В момента 10% са 5+ човека.
• Кратка автобиография и горе-посоченият списък да бъдат изпратени на секретаря на фондацията: maraktchiev@elinpelin-houston.org
• Крайният срок за кандидатура е 17ти юни 2021 год.

Requirements to be able to cast a vote:
• Must be present at the Zoom meeting.
• Voting on Facebook will not be anonymous, and the results will be counted and displayed in the comments.
• Current up-to-date membership – All voting members of the foundation as of May 31st of this year.
• If you are not able to vote on the date you could submit a Proxy vote to another member of the Foundation. Please fill the form below and submit to maraktchiev@elinpelin-houston.org send your form before the meeting begins.

Requirements for Board of Directors applicants:
• Current up-to-date membership. Membership must be valid as of January 1st of this year or with the exclusive approval of the current board of directors.
• List with 10 % (or more) of current members, supporting your appointment. Currently, 10 percent amounts to 5+ members.
• A brief autobiography and the list described above must be sent to the secretary of the foundation: maraktchiev@elinpelin-houston.org
• The deadline for submission of the application is June 17th, 2021.

Proxy Vote
